Hourglass Effect is a 4-day gym program designed to build curves through strength – not shortcuts. This program strategically prioritizes glutes and back to enhance the natural hourglass shape by developing the muscles that support it: strong hips, a powerful posterior chain, and a sculpted back. You’ll train with intention using compound lifts, progressive overload, and targeted accessory work to create a visible shape you’ll love.
This is not about getting smaller.

I became a single mom at 17 years old, so I know all about hardships and living in survival mode. I lost myself in motherhood and constantly trying to make it to the next day, which resulted in me forgetting to take care of myself. I also know that on the other side of the coin, there’s a way to practice self-care and how it can transform your life.
I’ve gone through a weight loss journey TWICE. I understand how life can knock you down, but we don’t stay down. We find our inner grit to move forward and pursue the happiest and healthiest version of ourselves.
